I spent my career inside the world's leading hotel brands, learning on the floor how revenue is actually made.
At Doğuş Hospitality & Retail I worked as Cluster E-Commerce and Revenue Analyst, managing digital sales performance, pricing strategy, e-commerce processes and revenue optimisation across multiple hotels. Throughout my career I have worked with leading global hotel brands including Hilton, Marriott International, The St. Regis Istanbul, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, Raffles Istanbul, The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul and Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah, giving me deep exposure to both the operational and the commercial dynamics of the industry.
My grounding
I graduated with honours in Hotel Management from Özyeğin University and completed my MBA at the same university. My academic grounding and my experience with global brands allow me to turn data into strategic insight and produce measurable, sustainable results for hotels.
My approach
My work does not stop at revenue growth. I support decision-making with regular performance reporting, management dashboards and KPI analysis. By making sales, reservations, CRM and PMS systems work together, I strengthen data flow, improve operational efficiency and help sounder commercial decisions get made. Through training for sales and reservations teams, I make sure the strategies we develop are applied correctly in practice and that lasting knowledge stays within the organisation.
My aim
My aim is to maximise hotels' revenue potential, develop the right pricing strategies, raise the capability of teams and support investment decisions with reliable data. I analyse the dynamics unique to each hotel and build strategies that deliver sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
